When you get asked more times than you expect .....

We have had so many questions and comments about the lights, TV and beds at Custom House Looe that we decided to list the specifications and suppliers.

Good Holiday starts with a good nights sleep

The majority of our fit out spend was on the beds and bedding. This was based on our own experience of bad bed / bad holiday, 

The mattress are UK super king  which measure 6 feet wide by 6 feet 6 inches long , which is equivalent to 180cm x 200cm.

The mattress are all the same -   Highgrove 1000 sprung medium firmness. All beds are  zip and link so that they can be used as large twins if required. The mattress, base and headboard were supplied by The Perfect Sleep - Plymouth. 

The beds have pillows, topper and mattress protector from Dusk.

Linen is Heritage Serenity from www.mitrelinen.co.uk with the bottom sheets and single sheets from IKEA. Beware the deep mattress requiring deep fitted sheets.

Duvets are 12.5 TOG Fjallarnika from IKEA.

Bespoke Lighting

Internet and TV

It was an easy decision to buy the SKY TV as at the time it was the only internet TV on the market. We did not want to fit a dish or TV ariel and have to run wires to the wall where we wanted to fit the TV.  The TV comes with its own Netflix account, and its pot luck as to which apps have been left activated by previous guests. I can recommend Disney if it is still active.

Our internet is full fiber from Sky and we have boosters to send the signal downstairs and outside onto the patio.
